25 :: 90 {Solstice to Equinox}

I know

I know fear

I know hope

I know lonliness

I know connection

I know agitation

I know peace

I know anger

I know love

Each feeling comes

Each feeling goes

When one lingers, I take a breath

I encourage myself to see it, feel it, to honor it

To know it

It is this that allows me to truly know love

I can only know love when I know the whole universe of my feelings

And from there, I can experience peace and cherish (my family and all)
